Table Tennis has always been a popular sport in India. A sport that improves the flexibility and agility of the children and also impacts their power of concentration, Table Tennis is easy to learn and a lot of fun to play. The fact that is played indoors ensures that it can be played practically anywhere and anytime.

Methodology

The TENVIC Table Tennis Coaching Program is divided into three levels:
- Beginner
- Intermediary (Level 1 and Level 2)
- Advanced

The structure and content for the program has been developed by internationally reputed Table Tennis icons. Qualified/ certified and experienced coaches implement the program on-ground. There is also adequate opportunity created for match-play and for advice/inputs on support areas like nutrition, physiotherapy and mental conditioning.
